1. General Terms of Service
By placing an order with Digi Deals SMM, you automatically accept all the below-listed terms of service whether you read them or not.

We reserve the right to change these terms without notice. You are expected to read all terms before placing any order to ensure you are up to date with any changes or future changes.

Liabilities: Digi Deals is not responsible for any account suspension or deletion done by Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, or other social media regarding your SMM orders.

Subscription Rules: For digital products (Netflix, Amazon, etc.), changing the Email, Password, or Payment Details of the provided account is strictly prohibited. Doing so will permanently VOID your warranty, and no replacement will be provided.
2. Refund Policy

No Refunds to Bank: Once a deposit has been made, there is no way to reverse it. You must use your balance on orders from Digi Deals SMM.

Order Cancellation: If an order is cancelled or cannot be delivered, the money will be refunded to your Digi Deals Panel Balance automatically. You can use this balance for other services.

Misplaced Orders: Orders placed in private accounts or with wrong links will not qualify for a refund. Be sure to confirm each and every order before placing it.
3. Privacy Policy

Data Protection: We take your privacy seriously. We do not share your data with third parties.

Contact Info: Your WhatsApp number and Email are only used to deliver your order details (like Netflix IDs or important updates). We will never spam you.
